Mantras of Mahatma
SARVODAYA
Sarvodaya means "Me and my country we grow together" or 'progress of all'. Sarvodaya focused on the welfare of all people. It focuses on the upliftment of both classes in society that is rich and poor.
In our school, we donate to help the orphans study with the help of the money we earn, and that earning is done through little chores we do in our home. This is called as coins for the country. We have another activity called Street store which is held on September 2nd teachers day. Street store means giving the things we do not need.
SATYAGRAHA Satyagraha means trust and honesty. We should always say the truth and be honest and that is how you can get others trust. I earned trust from my teachers and friends, relatives and others. We should always say the truth and be honest.
Swadharma-means my work my responsibility. Swadharma means to myself is to study and complete my work on time. We should always complete the work before only like being proactive, postponing is the first step of failure. We all acorns have our responsibilities. Mahatma Gandhi was proactive by doing his work by getting independence for the country.
I always complete my work on time and submit all my homework's on time.
Swadesh means to be independent. According to our age, being independent has nothing to do with getting our own job but with little things that we can do by ourselves and they make us independent.
For example, let us say little things are like packing for school, watering plants, packing lunch box and etc.
That is how I follow Swadesh in my everyday life.
Swaraj is also connected to Swadesh we need to be independent but also have self-discipline and self-control. Mahatma Gandhi followed he made his own clothes and fought for our country's freedom.
